Add-ons
Grow a plan instead of jumping to the next one. All prices per month, GST extra.
Extra user: ₹150
Per user per month on any plan. Each person gets their own login and permissions, including counter tablets.
Extra branch: ₹500
Per branch per month on any plan. Branches share the company and keep their own stock and number series.
WhatsApp Business API: ₹499
Per month plus the provider's per-message charge, to send invoices, receipts and reminders from your own WhatsApp number. SMS credits at cost.
Another company
Each company is its own database with its own GSTIN, books and number series. A second company is a second plan; ask us about multi-company pricing.
Pricing questions
Is GST charged on the subscription?
Yes. Prices shown exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. You receive a GST invoice for every payment.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Book a demo and we set up a 14-day trial instance with your own products and customers loaded, so you try real billing before you decide.
Can I pay monthly?
Starter and Growth can be paid monthly at ₹1,199 and ₹1,799. Paying yearly gives two months free, which is the per-month price shown on the plan cards. Business is billed yearly.
How many users and branches are included?
Starter includes 2 users and 1 branch, Growth 5 users and 2 branches, Business 6 users and 2 branches. Extra users cost ₹150 per user per month on any plan and extra branches ₹500 per branch per month on any plan. Every user gets their own login; there is no per-device licence.
Can I self-host Paybot?
Yes, with the Enterprise (self-hosted) licence. Paybot runs on your own Windows or Linux server with SQL Server, SQL Express or PostgreSQL, with one database per company, so your data never leaves your servers. The licence starts at ₹24,999 one-time plus 20% yearly maintenance, or take the Business plan on a dedicated server we manage for a ₹5,000 setup fee.
Can you move my data from Tally, Vyapar or Excel?
Yes. Paybot imports customers, suppliers, products, opening stock and opening balances from Excel templates, and continues your invoice numbering from where it is. Growth and Business include assisted onboarding, where we do the first import with you. Paybot also exports to Tally for your accountant.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and pay the difference for the rest of your term. Your data, users and settings stay as they are.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop your subscription and export your data to Excel before you leave. How refunds work is set out in the refund policy. Read the refund policy.
