Manufacturing billing & inventory software

Paybot connects the shop floor to the invoice for small and mid-sized manufacturers. Bills of materials drive production, components come off stock at cost, and finished goods are billed with e-Way Bills from the same system.

What a manufacturer needs

Real costs, materials on time and control over stock that leaves the factory.

  • What does one unit really cost?

Material prices change with every purchase, so the cost of a finished product is a guess.

With Paybot: Multi-level bills of materials with wastage and overheads, and production that values finished goods from the components actually consumed.

  • Material shortages

Production stops because nobody noticed a component was running out.

With Paybot: Check stock before production, list the shortages, and raise a purchase order for them in one click.

  • Goods at job workers

Material sent out for job work is easy to lose track of.

With Paybot: Job work challans and receipts track what went out and what came back, line by line.

How billing works in a manufacturing unit

Material in, production, dispatch and a cost you can trust.

  1. Buy material

Raise purchase orders, receive goods against them and record supplier bills. Average cost updates on each receipt.

  2. Produce

Create a production order from the bill of materials, check shortages, then complete it to consume components.

  3. Sell

Invoice finished goods from stock with GSTIN, place of supply and e-Way Bill details.

  4. Review cost

Compare the unit cost of each production run and see component consumption by period.

Questions manufacturing owners ask

Does Paybot support multi-level BOMs?

Yes. A component can have its own default BOM, and the cost roll-up works through every level. Paybot refuses a BOM that would loop back on itself.

How is the cost of finished goods worked out?

Completing a production order consumes components at their moving average cost, adds overheads and divides by the quantity produced. If a purchase is entered with an earlier date, the corrected cost flows through to the finished goods.

Can I track serial numbers of finished products?

Yes. Production can generate serial numbers for the finished goods, and each serial is tracked through sale, return and transfer.

Does it handle e-Way Bills for dispatch?

Yes. Create the e-Way Bill from the invoice with transport details, update Part-B, extend or cancel it, or download bulk JSON.

Can I export to Tally?

Yes. Paybot exports to Tally for your accountant, and every report downloads as Excel.

Can each plant keep its own stock?

Yes. Treat each plant or godown as a branch with its own stock and number series, and move goods between them with stock transfers. Several users and branches are on the multi-user plan: contact us for pricing.
